Refund Policy

Spaceflo, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") stipulates the refund policy for the use of Underdoc's AI service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") as follows. This policy aims to clearly present the criteria and procedures for refund requests that may occur while users are using the service.

1. Refund Conditions

  • 7-Day Free Trial: The Beta plan offers a 7-day free trial period. If you are not satisfied with the service during the free trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time before payment, and you will not be charged.
  • Refund After Payment:
    • If a refund is requested within 7 days of payment, the refund amount may be adjusted depending on usage.
    • If the Service cannot be used normally due to technical problems with the Service, the Company will do its best to resolve the problem, and if the problem cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided.
    • Refund requests due to a simple change of mind may be restricted according to the Company's policy.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

A refund is not possible in the following cases:

  • If the refund request exceeds 7 days from the payment date.
  • If the user violates the Terms of Service.
  • If the user intentionally damages the Service.
  • If the user abuses the refund policy.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Refund Request: Submit a refund request via email to the customer support team (support@underdocs.ai). When requesting a refund, you must provide the following information:
    • Account email address
    • Payment details (order number, etc.)
    • Reason for refund
  2. Refund Review: The Company reviews the refund conditions after receiving the refund request.
  3. Refund Approval and Processing: If the refund conditions are met, the Company approves the refund and refunds the payment amount. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the method used for payment via Paddle.com.

5. Policy Changes

The Company may change this refund policy as necessary, and the changes will be posted on the website or notified to users by email. Users will be explicitly notified of any material changes.
